Description:
My hubby bought me an amazing book about papercutting for our one year anniversary, so I thought it would be cool to make an Papercutting ATC. So for this swap, use the papercutting technique and create something awesome to mount on an ATC. Mount on sturdy backing. Standard ATC size, 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".
