Top of the World - pennants

I have noticed that a lot of craft rooms have pennant flags pinned up at their ceiling. Wouldn't it be fun to have a pennant for each person? I could say that is Jans, that is Christy's and they would be on display. Let's start out slow and for this swap make three pennants one for yourself and one for each of your two partners.

Size 3" across the top with a 4.5" drop? In a triangle shape. Leave the top 1/2 inch free of decoration so it can be attached to lace or ribbon or string to hang up.

Materials: Felt, fabric, heavy cardstock.
