Squash and Zucchini Recipe Swap

With all the early vegetables being harvested, we need ways to prepare them.

I love squash and zucchini but I don’t know more than two ways to use them. So this swap is for any recipes you have for them. It can be a side dish, salad, dessert, dip, appetizer, main dish that includes them…what ever.

You'll send two (2) Squash or Zucchini recipes to your three (3) swap partners. Please put your recipes on nice store bought or homemade recipe cards...index card size. It is an easy 5 rating.

Newbies, feel free to join in, but make sure your profile is completed. No one with a rating under 4 and more than one no send…you’ll be dropped. If you have more than one no send with extenuating circumstances and would like to join please contact me before signing up for possible exceptions.

This is an international swap. Please keep in mind the measurement differences. allrecipes.com has good conversion charts.

This in my first swap as a coordinator…hopefully all will go well. If you have any questions or suggestions, contact me….I’m more than willing to help.
