If you did both : 1. Backgrounds and Part 2 - adding to it, now send it to Part3 swapper. If you get it with a background and 2nd person adds to it you just rate them a five for receiving it and it is yours to add to your collected ATC’s. Just rate it as received. Part 3 You only send one of the three ATC’s to a swapper . You keep the other two. Questions?
