International. So here is the 4th round of this swap for december!! I can never have enough ATC backgrounds. I'm doing it a bit early to allow for slower December christmas mail. Please sent one partner 20 atc backgrounds. They must be standard atc size of 2.5 by 3.5 inches. Send a variety of colours, patterns, ephemera, etc. Please do not send playing cards. You must have a rating of 4.9 or over and at least 5 rated mail swaps. No recent no-sends or late sends. Any questions, please ask!
