Personalized Value Matchbox Shrine Swap

For this swap, you will post in the comment section below a personal value you hold dear, or a quality you need more of in your life. For example: courage, passion, wisdom, love, compassion, honesty.

When you are assigned your partner, you will find her word and create a matchbox shrine dedicated to that value or quality. You can read her profile for ideas of colors, etc. she might like or you can look up color psychology to see the color(s) associated with that quality or value.

For example, if my partner chooses wisdom, the shrine I create for her might be done in shades of grey, (since that's the color of wisdom [or I might use her fave colors, or I might use grey and her fave color]), it might include an owl (since that's a symbol of wisdom) and it might include an image of Athena, Greek goddess of wisdom. I might also include a famous quote on wisdom, or . . . .The possibilites are endless, so be creative!

If you like, enclose a note explaining the shrine (that grey is the color of wisdom, etc).

Also understand that some values/qualities might be harder than others, so rate your partner kindly if she has made a careful, thoughtful effort, and has genuinely honored the spirit of the swap.

One more thing, once you receive your shrine from your partner, please, please acknowledge receipt of the shrine and thank her for it!
