Hi there! I am just obsessed with the art of bento. It’s just so fun and creative. This swap is designed for people who love bentos!

The packages for this swap will be on the heavier side (compared to a letter/postcard/envelope) so this will be US Only.

The bento box has to have a monetary value of at least 20$. It can be one you have from your collection or one you specifically purchase to your partner's tastes (favorite characters, colors, etc.)

Every box must come with new chopsticks and kinchaku (a small bag, typically with a drawstring, used to hold a bento box and utensils). It is a given that you receive chopsticks with a bento, right?!! You can make kinchakus if you are crafty with sewing small bags. You can knit one as well if that’s your thing.

You can also include some cute bento accessories. Those can be anything like:
- Egg molds
- Rice molds
- Sausage cutters
- Kawaii toothpicks
- Sauce bottles (the mini ones made for bentos)
- Paper cups (basically cute cupcake papers/cups)
- Mayonnaise cup
- Separators (kawaii ones or the little grass separators.)

Just have fun with this! Don't give something that you wouldn't like to receive!! (Aim for a heart!!!) I’m tired of putting so much effort into my swaps and receiving something that looks like it was thought of/put together in an hour. Go all out! I don’t mean that money wise either. Just make it more personal to the person’s likes.

I'm giving you plenty of time to buy/get a bento box. I know some people will order online which is another big reason why I gave so much time for this.
