What's your problem ?

Hello !

In this swap you tell your partner everything about your mental health condition. You do this in a form of a regular zine (a5 or a4). You write down:

• What do you have
• How it started
• when did you get the most charged
• how do you deal with it
• What would you like to see changed
• how does your environment against the disseas, they understand it?

Explain everything... Write everything from you

Then you make a diary in your zine, for 7 days.

You write every day how you felt, was it good or not .. Make it fun with drawings, attach stickers... make it nice !! What you like to recieve.

!!! Use a lot of decorated stuff !!! Make a beautiful zine, that's the idea...
