I love fall colors and have not seen this swap yet - hopefully I am not stepping on anyone's toes! Take a fall photo and make it into a postcard. Please make it so nice you almost don't want to sent it!! LOL! Write a nice note on the back of your postcard and sent it on its merry way! You will send one handmade fall photo postcard to each partner. The photo can be taken by you, a family member or friend - it just needs to be a fall photo.
